Talks, works. Talking is a little slow / laggy in the end. Says a number of phrases. I have heard 5 of them.
There are still some stains / dirt on his feet and shirt. I gave each of them a good soap and water scrubbing and got them looking good. Owner may need to give him another cleaning.
These are harder to find in good working condition.
