It all started with a swarm of bees.
Amos Ives Root was inspired to start a beekeeping business when a swarm of bees landed on the window of his jewelry store. That simple event created a company that has become synonymous with beekeeping, honey, pure beeswax, and the highest quality candles. Today, we still rely on the purity and naturalness of beeswax and bees that inspired Amos Ives Root.
The art of fine dining requires the careful selection and display of eye-catching dinner candles. The understated elegance of Root Dinner Candles will grace any table setting with unique character.
Our beeswax enhanced dinner candles:
- maintain a solid color throughout
- contain wicks made of 100% natural fibers
- retain a virtually dripless burn
- are manufactured in the U.S.A.
Inspired by the classical symmetry of ancient Greek columns, Grecian Collenettes add a romantic flair to any home setting. Our Grecian finish softly catches the light, contrasting highlights and shadows for a subtle, romantic effect.
